All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products or services once a purchase has been completed.
Session cancellation Policy (24-Hour Limit)
Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the original booking. After 24 hours, all sales are final and cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.
Exceptions may only be made in rare cases at our sole discretion.
